Content & Shelf Management: You are responsible for the shelves, titles, and reading notes you curate on your bookcases. You agree to use Bookurator lawfully and respectfully, and not to publish offensive, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content. 2. Intellectual Property & Book Covers: To prevent copyright infringement claims and protect our community from unauthorized, infringing, or inappropriate imagery, Bookurator does not allow users to upload arbitrary image files for book covers. All book cover images displayed on the platform are retrieved directly from verified public catalog services (such as Google Books and Open Library). If a book or edition does not have an official catalog cover, or if you prefer a uniform look, Bookurator automatically provides an elegant typographic cover. 3. Platform Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform integrity and copyright compliance. 4. Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
